These Terms of Purchase govern the purchase of products through the LOOK AT MY SKIN online store.

Before placing an order, the customer must read and accept these Terms of Purchase.

LOOK AT MY SKIN sells cosmetic and dermocosmetic products.

The essential characteristics, composition, quantity, instructions for use, warnings and price of each product are described on the corresponding product page where applicable.

Photographs and graphic representations are provided for information purposes. There may be minor differences in colour, presentation or packaging that do not affect the product’s essential characteristics or quality.

The customer must select the desired products, add them to the cart and follow the checkout instructions.

Before making payment, the customer may review the selected products, quantities, prices, applied discounts, shipping costs and information provided, and may correct any errors.

The order will be deemed placed once the checkout process has been completed successfully.

The customer will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided.

Prices are displayed in euros (€).

For sales made in Spain, prices will include all legally applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping costs, where applicable, will be displayed before the customer confirms and pays for the order.

NUTRILABNATUR S.L. may change prices at any time. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

The customer may pay using the methods available on the website at the time of purchase.

Payments will be processed by secure financial institutions and/or payment service providers.

NUTRILABNATUR S.L. will not store full bank card details where these are handled directly by the relevant payment service provider.

Once the purchase has been completed, the customer will receive confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

All orders are subject to availability.

If, in exceptional circumstances, a product is unavailable after purchase, the customer will be informed and the corresponding refund will be issued where necessary.

Products will be shipped to the destinations available in the online store.

Shipping costs and the estimated delivery time will be communicated to the customer during checkout and before payment is made.

The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete delivery information.

Without prejudice to the estimated times stated during checkout, the maximum time limits established by applicable legislation will be observed at all times.

Unless a legal exception applies, the consumer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the unopened product to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. ⚠ See note at the end.

To exercise this right, the consumer must communicate their decision by means of an unequivocal statement addressed to:

The consumer must return the products without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days after communicating their decision to withdraw.

Unless NUTRILABNATUR S.L. expressly states otherwise, the consumer will bear the direct cost of returning the products.

In the circumstances provided by law, the right of withdrawal will not apply to the supply of sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

Consequently, certain cosmetic products that meet these requirements cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal once they have been unsealed.

This exception does not affect the consumer’s rights where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or not in conformity with the contract.

Where the consumer validly exercises the right of withdrawal, NUTRILABNATUR S.L. will issue the corresponding refund in accordance with the time limits and conditions established by law.

Where legally required, the refund will include standard delivery costs. If the consumer expressly selected a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard method offered, the corresponding additional cost will not be refunded.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the consumer expressly agrees to another method that does not incur any costs.

Where legally applicable, NUTRILABNATUR S.L. may withhold the refund until it has received the products or until the consumer provides proof of return, whichever occurs first.

We recommend providing the order number and attaching photographs of the product and packaging where necessary to verify the issue.

This policy does not limit the consumer’s statutory rights in relation to a lack of conformity.

Promotions, bundles, promotional gifts and discount codes will be subject to the specific terms stated for each campaign.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined.

If an order associated with a promotion or gift is returned, the specific terms of that promotion will apply provided that they are compatible with the consumer’s statutory rights.

Products must be used in accordance with the instructions and warnings stated on the labelling, packaging and/or product page.

The information provided on the website is for informational and cosmetic purposes and does not replace diagnosis, treatment or advice from a healthcare professional where this is necessary.

These Terms of Purchase are governed by Spanish law and by any applicable European Union legislation.

Where the buyer is a consumer or user, their rights and the mandatory rules applicable to consumer protection and territorial jurisdiction will be respected in all cases.
